The property is situated on a 50-hectare estate. The aim of the project is to construct a residential building meeting the requirements of two environmental certificates: LEED and BERDE. The project is designed to reduce the global carbon footprint, which is why wood — the only natural, widely available, and renewable material — was chosen. This organic tower combines the principles of bioclimatism with advanced renewable energy sources.
